How to start
- Call or WhatsApp us. We show you GOLAK on a sample shop with months of trading in it, at our office in Jalandhar or at a GOLAK distributor near you. For some shops, we bring the demo to your shop.
- We or a listed distributor install it at your shop, from a pen drive Infodig made, after you phone us to check it. Then we set it up with you: your trays, categories, rates and staff.
- Your paper registers come in first: stock, girvi, schemes and bookings, checked against the paper.
- Use it for 30 days with every feature. Bills are marked DEMO until you buy, and nothing is entered again when you do.
One yearly price for every shop, GST included, and much less for each year you renew. Tablets and a standby PC cost nothing extra. Call and we will tell you.

What it does in your shop
- Bills at the counter. Retail and wholesale, returns, estimates and gift vouchers.
- Old gold. Bought or taken on a bill, item by item, tested (XRF or karatmeter), then melted, refined or tagged again.
- Girvi. From the first weighing to redemption, with receipts, the chart and notices.
- Tagging and stock. Each piece weighed and tagged into a tray, with purity, stones and HUID.
- Schemes and bookings. Monthly savings schemes, grams cards and advance bookings.
- Karigars and orders. Gold out and back by fine weight; repair jobs with a slip for the customer.
- Wholesale and approval. Goods out on approval, vendors' goods in, ledgers in grams and rupees.
- The day's close. Cash counted, trays weighed, the day locked, and a backup to the pen drive.

Your data stays in your shop
- No internet, ever. Billing, stock and the day's close all work offline.

- Every change is kept, with who made it and when. Nothing is quietly overwritten.
If you stop paying
Your records are never locked. For 15 days after the licence ends, everything keeps working. After that GOLAK becomes read-only: you can still see, print, export and back up everything, and close the day.
How to know it is us
We never ask for your shop's data, a backup, or anything you type to sign in, and we never connect to your PC from outside. If anyone asks you for these, it is not us.
GOLAK is never downloaded: it comes on a pen drive, from us or a distributor listed here. Before anyone installs it, phone us on +91 98143 84189: we tell you if he is ours and read you the installer's check number.
What the shop needs
One Windows PC (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, 4 GB of memory), an A4 printer (black and white is enough) and two pen drives. If you like: a tag label printer, a barcode scanner, a weighing scale with a cable, tablets, a standby PC.
It exports to Tally for your accountant. It does not file GST: your CA does that, as now.
